English Garden: Most popular ceremony choice for Spring and Summer weddings. We can also host receptions in the garden or in the mature apple orchard.
If you would like shelter, you will need to provide a tent.

Great Barn:
Our recently renovated Great Barn is a beautiful building carefully constructed with posts and beams milled right from the property. A rustic intimate space  for you and your guests to dance the night away!

Attached is a newly constructed covered pergola patio available to expand your reception capacity and amenities, and/or to host your ceremony as well.





















Barn Loft:
has been elegantly restored to create a rustic oasis for you and your wedding party to get ready in, or to host your indoor micro ceremony! Bring lunch and champagne, relax and bring your pampering team knowing you don’t have to travel very far to get to your wedding—it’s right downstairs!

The loft has ample space to spread out and get gorgeous, with all kinds of beauty extras at your disposal in case of a hairspray or bobby pin emergency! The Juliet balcony is the perfect spot for fabulous pictures before and after the ceremony.

We have an accomplished award-winning floral design team who have been featured in several national and international publications over the years including Style Me Pretty, Wedding Bells, Beyond Beyond, Rocky Mountain Bride, Real Weddings and more.

We would love to create the wedding flowers of your dreams! We hand pick each bloom, blossom and vase to ensure your vision is brought to life! We custom grow certain flowers which allows us to provide the freshest, most beautiful blooms for your wedding.

Frequently Asked 

Q: How many people can you fit?
A: Up to 122

Q: How large is your parking area?
A: We can accomodate parking for all of your guests and they are welcome to keep their cars parked overnight.

Q: What time do we have to shut down?
A: Closing time is 11:00pm.

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?
A: Yes! Although you must use our bartenders ($25/hr per bartender)

Q: What about Catering?
A: You must use our list of pre-approved caterers (check out Vendor Love below) although we will consider another company that you recommend but ultimately it must be approved by us.

Q: What's the deal with set-up and take down?
A: The Kildara team takes care of all your structure set up and tear down, so
no roping family and friends into running around on the wedding day! You
relax and enjoy your day with all the people that mean the most to you
knowing we have taken care of all the details.
As for cleanup, we do that too, you just have the best day ever and head off into the sunset—we will arrange a time after the wedding for you to pick everything up (not the day after).


We have also teamed up with one of Victoria’s best DJs, DJ Perks.
He has worked with Canadian greats such as Chantal Kreviazuk and has been working in the industry for over 25 years. His ability to read a crowd and play something to get everyone dancing is one of his best qualities, and his attitude and professionalism are second to none. He gives Kildara clients a special rate!
